CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- In Chongqing, the mountain city, footpath has become an indispensable landscape. Here, people can exercise, walk, enjoy the scenery, listen to birds singing and smell flowers, and taste the flavor of mountain city. This year, seven footpaths will be built along Nanbin Road, the two rivers and four banks core section, with a total length of about 13.1km.

These seven footpaths are: Nanbin Road Haitangyanyu Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project, Nanbin Road “Chuanqian Highway” Shancheng Footpath Construction Project, Huangge Ancient Road (two rivers and four banks core section), Nanbin Road Tushan Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project, Nanbin Road Danzishi Old Street Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project, Nanbin Road Ciyunsi Old Street Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project, Nanbin Road Mishi Street and Longmenhao Old Street Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project.

The construction of these footpath projects is mainly to carry out the protective repair of the original footpath, implement the “operation” of ecological restoration, and improve the relevant supporting facilities. In order to create the beautiful scenery of Nanbin Road, this year, Nan’an District will also “wash face” of buildings along Nanbin Road, mainly including the new construction project of Tushan Tongjiang Road Shancheng Footpath on Nanbin Road and the upgrading of the facade quality along the line. Introduction to seven paths

Nanbin Road Haitangyanyu Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project:

It starts from Haitangyanyu Square and ends at Haitangxi Station, with a total length of about 1.4km. It is planned to be started in the second half of this year.

Nanbin Road “Chuanqian Highway” Shancheng Footpath Construction Project:

It starts from Haitangyanyu Square and ends at Sigongli Station, with a total length of about 3.2km. It is planned to be started in the second half of this year.

Huangge Ancient Road (two rivers and four banks core section):

It is located in Nanshan Scenic Area, up to Huangjueya Old Street, down to Qianxing Road, Shangxin Street, with a total length of about 3km. It has been started not long ago, and it is planned to be completed by the end of next year. The construction of the project mainly includes the use of the original layout to build wind and rain pavilions, ancient road stations, and the construction of supporting and convenience facilities, new Shancheng Hotel, art galleries, lighting and landscape sketches, to reproduce the traditional flavor of the ancient roads and heavy historical and cultural atmosphere.

Nanbin Road Tushan Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project:

It starts from the Zhonglou Square, and ends at Tushan Sation, with a total length of about 1.1km, of which 0.8km is newly built. It is planned to be started in the second half of this year.

Nanbin Road Danzishi Old Street Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project:

It starts from Landmark Riverside and ends at Danzishi Station, with a total length of about 1.5km. It is planned to be started in the second half of this year.

Nanbin Road Ciyunsi Old Street Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project:

It starts from Ciyunsi and ends at Danzishi Station, with a total length of about 1.6km. It is planned to be started in the second half of this year.

Nanbin Road Mishi Street, and Longmenhao Old Street Shancheng Footpath Upgrading Project:
