CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On June 12, “Chongqing Art Market · Blooming June － 2020 Sichuan Fine Arts Institute Art Exhibition” was opened on the Longfor Paradise Walk, Daxuecheng, Shapingba District. Nearly 200 works representing the highest level of this year’s graduates of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute gathered together to present an artistic feast for the public.

This “Blooming June” Art Exhibition took the form of a combination of online and offline, not only holding offline exhibitions in urban public spaces such as Longfor Paradise Walk, but also “carrying” more than 6,000 graduation works online, publicly displayed on WeChat official account of “重庆艺术大市场” (Chongqing Art Market).

“Someone just asked if the work was for sale.” Shen Jiajia told the reporter of Chongqing Daily that graduation works exhibited in urban public space can be seen by more people who have demand or potential demand for art.

On the WeChat official account of “重庆艺术大市场” (Chongqing Art Market), you can not only enjoy the art works online, but also understand the creation story of the works, praise the works, and directly contact the author to purchase. This kind of design enabled graduates’ works to face the market directly.

“The combination of online and offline exhibitions can make graduation exhibitions attract more attention and promote art to the public and market,” said Liu Mingxiao, a professor of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute.

The art festival lasts for more than one month, and you can participate in the art interaction

In the following month, you can taste the high quality art feast of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in the L3 / L4 Glass Gallery at Hall B, Longfor Paradise Walk. In the Hall V4, L1/L3 of the Fountain Plaza, Hall C of Longfor Paradise Walk, you can appreciate the T design and multimedia art exhibition of the graduate fashion design. In the offline center of Ecool － Chongqing Art Market, you can participate in the “Art Sale Season” and bought original works of art with high quality and low price.

The Art Exhibition will also enter the community. In community exhibition halls such as Longfor Xuetangfu, Longfor Jiangyucheng, and Longfor Chenlinjian, you can participate in the art interactive experience while watching the exhibition.
