After the special opening dance Paper Fan Scholar, top chefs from 8 star hotels in Chongqing appeared one by one. According to the rules of the competition, each group of chefs will make a designated hot dish, an innovative dish and a snack within 40 minutes, fully demonstrating the superb cooking skills and the ultimate craftsmanship spirit.

In the process of fierce competition, the contemporary dance “Kitchen · Happiness”, which combines chef and art dance, perfectly integrates the enthusiasm of the back kitchen area with the interest of life. The chefs of each group showed their “unique skills” and showed their strong knife skills, bringing unforgettable food viewing experience for judges and guests.
