SHENYANG, July 7 (Xinhua) -- Multiple documents on the Lugou Bridge Incident on July 7, 1937, recognized as the start of Japan's full-scale invasion of China, and China's whole-of-nation resistance against it, were put on display on Tuesday.

The historic documents include three books that contain the records made by Japanese invaders on the historic facts about the incident, according to Zhang Guangsheng, a private collector in northeast China's Liaoning Province.

The books show detailed battle maps, records of multiple battles between Chinese troops and Japanese invaders in areas around Beijing, as well as the Japanese invaders' prosecutions on Chinese civilians.

They serve as valuable first-hand material for learning about the history of the Japanese invasion, and China's resistance war against the Japanese aggression, as well as solid evidence of the war crimes Japan committed, said Zhang. Enditem
