CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- “Yuchangxing (渝畅行)” App can be used to take the local subway and tramcar in Chengdu now. According to Chongqing City Transportation Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd., Chengdu and Chongqing realize mutual recognition of public transportation QR code from now on. “Yuchangxing” App can be used to take subway in Chengdu, and Chengdu Metro App can also be used to take light rail train and monorail train in Chongqing. 

At present, passengers in Chengdu and Chongqing can use either app in rail transit in both places’ main urban areas, which means that passengers can use “Chengdu Metro App” to take light rail train and monorail train in Chongqing, and use “Yuchangxing App” to take subway and tramcar in Chengdu. This marks the official arrival of the connectivity of Chongqing and Chengdu’s rail transit, and lays a regional traffic foundation for the integrated development of Chengdu and Chongqing and promotion of the flow and efficient concentration of industry, population and other production factors.
