CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, a Cessna C560 airplane took off from Jiangbei International Airport for a calibration flight to Chongqing Fairy Mountain Airport. After the calibration flight, Fairy Mountain Airport will obtain a calibration report and is expected to be operational within the year.

The calibration flight is expected to last for about five days 

What is the calibration flight? According to the introduction, the calibration flight is a special aircraft equipped with calibration equipment to take off and land at the new airport, so as to check the actual condition of airport runway and various types of equipment, and judge whether the airport meets the needs of aircraft landing and taking off. The calibration flight at Chongqing Fairy Mountain Airport will take three to five days, and a calibration report will be issued after the flight has passed.
