At 7:07 p.m. on August 22, the romantic “Love Time” double-seventh love running started. Many couples gathered here to complete the race about 5.20 kilometers together. Yang Yinchuan, married for seven years, said that: “This is a memorable Chinese Valentine’s Day because I run from the starting line to the finish line with my lover. It also strengthens our determination to accompany each other in future.”

At the opening ceremony, enthusiastic folk singers, pleasant instrumental performance, graceful dance and elegant aerial performance were presented on the stage in succession. On the Laixi River, the Milky Way and Bridge of Magpies were lit up resplendently to reproduce the legend of the meeting of Cowherd and Weaver Girl. The dazzling light river lantern floating and wonderful UAV performance pushed the activity to climax.

In addition, the bustling handcraft market, vivid and interesting interactive experience and a variety of stalls made the perfect combination of the culture, tourism and commerce, providing tourists with diversified choices. Ramble in the green mountains and lucid waters with lover, families and friends, feel the features of Wanling Ancient Town, taste the strong festival charm and experience the Chinese Valentine’s Day culture and tourism fest with both traditional and modern characteristics.
