CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism released the fifth batch of weekend tour routes in Chongqing, including Wansheng Economic Development Zone, Liangjiang New Area, Jiangbei District, Wanzhou District and Xiushan County, totaling 19 featured tourist routes.

So far, 82 routes for Weekend Tour in Chongqing have been launched, covering 22 districts and counties. Each district and county offers a variety of routes combined with its own characteristics, including cultural experience tours, countryside tours, ecological health tours, parent-child tours, art tours, fashion tours, metropolis tours, folklore tours, and scenery tours, providing citizens with a variety of self-driving routes for weekend trips. In addition to that, many districts and counties launched policies and special activities such as ticket discounts at the same time. On the day the fifth batch of weekend tour routes in Chongqing were released, Wansheng and Xiushan launched their respective preferential policies, namely, fuel to get gifts and free scenic tickets, so that people can travel with less money.
