Congratulation video from Bernard Faucon

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, the opening ceremony of French artist Bernard Faucon’s new exhibition themed on “Truth and Fiction - Bernard Faucon” was held at Sichuan Fine Arts Museum which is dedicated to focusing on the academic frontier with an international perspective.

Bernard Faucon is a famous French photographer, one of the representatives of landscape photography and conceptual photography. The exhibition showed the work and creation of Bernard from several aspects, displayed six series of works, and also the documentary Long Holidays and video art My Way. Bernard Faucon specially made the cabin preserving the traces of the Faucon family for Chengdu Contemporary Photography Museum. Some of the objects and Polaroid works created as the artist’s “manuscript” were also presented in this exhibition for the first time. Bernard Faucon turned to video art after stopping photography in 1995, and his work My Way III was exhibited for the first time in China.
