Chongqing University’s black swans hatch “baby swans” again

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The black swans at Huxi Campus, Chongqing University, has always been popular with students. The black swans here have recently hatched three more swan eggs, adding to the vibrancy and vitality of the campus ecology.

In the pond in front of the library at Huxi campus, Chongqing University, the black swans "parents" were carefully caring for three eggs that had just hatched. According to the staff, the place is now guarded from time to time and fed by a dedicated breeder.

In addition to black swans, the area is sometimes visited by egrets and other birds. Almost a thousand species of ecological plants in the campus have also provided suitable living conditions for many animals. Campus ecology has been underway here since 2012, and more than a dozen specialized ecological parks have been built.
