No. 2 Dining Hall at Daxuecheng Campus of Chongqing Normal University is not only decorated in a bright style similar to a food court, but also has more than 100 kinds of dishes in more than 10 categories for students to choose from.

“At present, Chongqing Normal University has three campuses with five dining halls, including three at Daxuecheng Campus, which can basically meet the needs of more than 30,000 teachers and students on campus.” Xia Rui, Deputy Director of Logistics and Asset Management Department of Chongqing Normal University, said that the dining hall is divided into regular dishes, specialty food and specialty booths, and there is also a special ethnic restaurant to meet the demands of ethnic minorities.

Wei Tianhai, a junior at Chongqing Normal University, said that foods of the university have recently been popular on the internet, and that foods here are both inexpensive and delicious, so he goes to eat them with his classmates and roommates whenever he can.

“Dining halls are close and hygienic, and the daily food is also safely displayed, so I can eat without any worries!” Zeng Xinyu, a student of Chongqing Normal University, said his favorite food is Korean bibimbap in the No. 1 Dining Hall and the Sizzling Series in the No. 2 Dining Hall.
