This year’s CSIE saw a number of seniors stand up on the machine to test the health of their feet. According to the person in charge of the company that developed the exhibit, Zhixiao Qifu, this is one of the intervention services of the “fall prevention hut”. It captures key data related to the falling of elderly in daily life, such as the position of the center of gravity, grip strength, gait, etc., and can quickly check the elderly standing on it for foot problems and give its suggestions.

3D Printer that can print shoe insoles, pillows, and other items according to the elderly’s needs

Connected to Foot Scanner, the Printer can print an insole that is suitable for the health of the elderly feet based on the problems detected in the soles of their feet. It’s also part of 3D medicine, which improves the foot, neck and knee joints of the elderly by printing custom-made products.
