CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Night view has become a “name card” of Chongqing, so visitors who come to Chongqing will go to see night views. Recently, Chongqing Geographic Information and Remote Sensing Application Center issued the Map of the Most Beautiful Night Views in Chongqing in 2020, for visitors to pay a visit and enjoy the night views as per the Map.

Recently, the recommendation activity themed on night view of the First Chongqing Night View Cultural Festival was ended. After the one-month online voting and specialist reviewing, finally 15 night views and 5 routes were enlisted in the list of the first recommendations. Among which, the well-informed Hongyadong, Beibin Road, Nanbin Road and Nanshan Yikeshu as well as the emerging ones including Chongqing Raffles City, and Chongqing SUNAC Cultural Tourism City, and Wanzhou, Liangping, Xiushan, Yunyang and Pengshui are also praised as the most beautiful night views and routes.

Danzishi Square

Located at the core of Danzishi CBD, Nanbin Road, it faces the confluence of two rivers. It is a 50m-high viewing platform where you can enjoy the 3D magic landscape of Chongqing, four banks of two rivers, Yuzhong Peninsula and Jiangbeizui as well as myriad twinkling lights of Chongqing.

Chongqing SUNAC Cultural Tourism City

It creates the first Night Lighting Show Park in Chongqing, including sea-themed banquet, immersive music Live, electronic music party, themed lighting show and many other night view items. The magic lighting show of ferris wheel, the landscape footpath like a caterpillar, and the holographic projection on the cliff, create a number of night views, forming a paradise that visitors can play well in the day time and nighttime.

Liangping Lieshen Three Lanes

It is located at the key rural tourism village in China – Lieshen Village, Zhushan Town, and shows the taste, appreciating, health maintenance, playing and shopping in the nighttime. “Three Lanes” are across the east and west streets. The first lane produces the characteristic bamboo-weaving artworks; the second lane covers catering, recreation and sightseeing; and the third lane includes boutique homestays; and “six shops” are the special ones of Liangping, Dianjiang, Linshui, Dachuan, Dazhu and Kaijiang. Tourists can have good wines and food, appreciate fashion music shows, and experience the unique nightlife here, which is art, cultural and nostalgic. 

The most beautiful night view routes

The most recommendable is the cruise night tour route (Chaotianmen – Hongyadong – confluence of two rivers – nearby Yanyu Park – Chaotianmen Wharf). The tour route combines the landscape and night views of Chongqing, forming a name card of Chongqing, a platform for taking a close look at Chongqing intuitively, three-dimensionally, dynamically, and comprehensively and the best stage for Chongqing to display its charm. Therefore, it is a method to experience the night view of Chongqing.

In addition, Pengshui Miao night view leisure tour route (Pengshui – Chiyou Jiuli City) is also a good choice. Chiyou Jiuli City is the largest traditional buildings cluster of Miao in China. Different from the ancient city of Miao which built in mountains in the day time, Jiuli City is especially eye-catching and attractive in the nighttime.
