A few days ago, the reconstruction and expansion project of Hai’er Road in Jiangbei District (the section from the inner ring to the bonded port) was completed and opened to traffic. The road expansion also improved the municipal pipe network, greening, street lighting system, pedestrian bridge and other supporting facilities.
