CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- In the beautiful mountain city, Chongqing, there is a group of young people who are “naughty”. The streets and lanes of Chongqing have become a stage for them to make sound. Maybe you don’t know the name of each of them, but you may have encountered such a group of dancing dream-seeking teenagers at a street corner in Chongqing.

Cai Zhuangnan, who came to Chongqing from Sichuan in 2013 for his dance dream, met four friends, Qiuyin, Mishu, Ershi, and Xiaomao (stage names). None of them were professionally trained, but their love of dancing made them the best companions. In 2018, the five formally formed a group. In order to commemorate the days when they used to dance unevenly (“buqi” in Chinese), they humorously named the group “Buqi”.

In the early days of the group, they didn’t even have a training room. Five people borrowed dance rooms everywhere to practice and went to the square to dance. At the same time, they also recorded the dance video and uploaded it to the Internet, and shared their own dance works with netizens. Surprisingly, they became popular.
