CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On December 23, members of the public viewed the exhibition at the 11th Western China Exhibition of Traditional Chinese Painting and Oil Painting. The Exhibition opened at Chongqing Art Museum on the same day. The Exhibition features 237 works and is open to the public for free from December 23 to January 15, 2021.

The Exhibition received nearly 8,000 works of Chinese painting and oil painting, and 237 works were finally selected for exhibition, including 123 works of Chinese painting and 114 works of oil painting.

The works focus on Western China as the main theme. The oil paintings are diverse in expression, showing the painters’ meticulous observation of life in the Western China, with passion and thickness.
