Tonghuali, Shijingpo

Haishi Park

The unique topography of Haishi Park makes it home to a variety of beautiful and exquisite sea rocks, while the classical European-style castle, which blends Chinese and Western cultures, is decorated in a natural limestone-like style that permeates every corner of the building, both inside and out. Also, Haishi Park is a natural botanical garden with plants such as cherry blossoms, peach blossoms, wintersweet, Rhus typhina, metasequoia, camphor trees, Ficus concinna and Ficus virens, which can be described as a fairytale interwoven with the old European castle and the tropical atmosphere of Southeast Asia.

Wenxingwan 6th Lane

Most of the residential buildings here were built in the 1970s and 1980s, and the houses are rather old-fashioned in appearance. Since August this year, Chaoyang Sub-district has been organizing the painting of the external walls of six residential buildings in the lane to improve the residents’ living environment, painting cartoon patterns such as pandas on the blank walls, repairing the ground and roads, renovating the sewage pipes, and enhancing the well-being of the residents, so that the old community with a new look has an “artistic style”.

Stromatolite Floral Valley

The fossilized seaweed from the sea billions of years ago forms a variety of flower patterns, uniquely shaped and mysteriously stromatolite. There is also flower sea of Hairawn Muhly, spreading to the sky and growing a vast pink sea on the earth, as if immersed in a romantic sea of flowers in a fairytale.

Mexin Wine Plaza is located near Jinyu Station on Rail Transit Line 3 (next to IKEA). The contemporary graffiti wall, red train, colorful containers and oversized revolving staircase, with an American vintage filter make for easy LA resort style photos.

It is located in the middle section of Taishan Avenue, Yubei District, just about 3km from Chongqing North Railway Station. A secret garden is hidden in the busy downtown area, and those who have been there cannot help exclaiming, “It’s beautiful!”

Shengming Amusement Park

This is an exclusive amusement park in Chongqing, with colorful clusters of buildings throughout. There is also a surrounding river, and there is an illusion of travelling through it to a fairytale world.
