CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- A villager from Xiaozhai Village, Chetian Township, Youyang County, was working in a locally-run Miao embroidery workshop on January 25. “Youzhou Miao Embroidery” is the sixth batch of Chongqing intangible cultural heritage project, known as the “national essence on the tip of the needle”. At present, through the establishment of Miao embroidery workshops and Miao embroidery training courses, Youyang County has absorbed and driven more than 500 people in the county to achieve employment and income increase.
