BEIJING, Feb. 5 (Xinhua) -- Several online media platforms will provide viewers with more than 4,000 new programs to watch during the Spring Festival holiday, China's National Radio and Television Administration said on Friday.

New programs include movies, online series and recordings of Spring Festival galas, and will be available to viewers from Feb. 11 to Feb. 17, according to the administration.

With the new additions, viewers will be able to choose from just under 10,000 programs across the platforms during the holiday.

A total of 2,000 programs will be temporarily free to view during the holiday, including classic TV shows, movies, and reality shows trending online. Enditem
