CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- According to the news released by Chongqing Traffic Law Enforcement Harbor and Navigation Detachment, water traffic control will be implemented from now on in the waters between Huanghuayuan and Dazhulin of the Jialing River to ensure safe navigation due to the continuous reduction of water from upstream and the deterioration of navigation conditions in the natural section.

The enforcement officers introduced that they will restrict the navigation of passenger ships in the controlled waters according to the daily water level at 8:00 a.m. in Beibei District and the water level in Chongqing of the Jialing River. Visitors choosing Chaotianmen-Dazhulin ferry route are advised to check the departure of the ferry in advance and make reasonable arrangement.
