In order to improve the landscape of the park, purify the water and restore the ecological environment, a large number of iridaceaes are planted in Chongqing Garden Expo Park, including more than 200,000 iris of Siberia, iris of Japan and iridaceae of yellow, peach and purple, which were planted in Youyuan Garden, Jiangnan Garden and the revetment of Longjing Lake. Every year at the beginning of April, irises will blossom gradually, and the flowering period will last until the end of April. At the glance, all kinds of irises are planted along the water, which is very beautiful.

In April, in the Garden Expo Park, there are not only iridaceaes blooming around the lake, but also a new favorite of the Chinese rose circle, “tree-shaped Chinese rose”, which is in full bloom, which lays people an impression. Known as the “queen of flowers”, the park has introduced more than 900 tree-like roses from Henan Province, with their pink and red flowers swaggling and blooming in the wind.
