According to the introduction, the Silk Road Flower Street will create an international, humanistic, intelligent, scene-based immersive experience neighborhood. The project unfolds with the story line of the Silk Road, and the landscape layout is developed in accordance with the rhythm of “beginning and end”, and presented through “light”, “shadow”, “flower”, and “scenery”.

The reporter learned that the Silk Road Flower Street has set up 8 landscape miniatures with the special style of the countries along the “Belt and Road”, decorated with colorful flowers and horticulture, with colorful lighting devices, and the lighting effects projected on the 1800 square meters of walls at night to show the Silk Road culture, which will create a different experience of “seeing flowers during the day and lights at night” for the public.

To see the flowers during the day. In terms of flower landscape creation, Silk Road Flower Street has been dressed up as a garden of hundreds of flowers, with a total of more than 280 kinds of flowers, including more than 130 kinds of famous ones and 105 kinds of imported ones for an area of 100,000 square meters of flowers and greenery. Eight landscape miniatures have been created with special symbolic meanings, featuring creative elements such as sails, waves, peony flowers, lotus flowers, water lilies, sunflowers and cactus, which turn to be really attractive.

To see the lights at night. At present, the Silk Road Flower Street building night light and shadow effect project has been installed in place, and will be officially lit on the night of “July 1”. “The Silk Road Flower Street is 1.5 kilometers long, and the design idea of the light and shadow landscape comes from the cultural elements of regional characteristics along the ancient Silk Road,” said the person in charge of the Silk Road Flower Street project construction. According to the person in charge, there are more than 30 categories of 1.5 km lighting arrangement, 12,000 meters in length of landscape lighting belt, with the largest outdoor LED 3D lighting screen in Chongqing, a total flat area of more than 41,000 square meters; they will be lit on time every day for 365 days a year, with daily lighting at 20:00 and ending at 21:30.

It is worth mentioning that visitors can also watch the 15-minute “Silk Road of Flowers” light and shadow show while touring the Silk Road Flower Street and wandering through the exotic atmosphere of the Silk Road through 3D Mapping architectural projection technology.

With the completion and operation of the "Silk Road Flower Street" in Cuntan International New City Free Trade Economic Zone, the “Belt and Road” Business Center, Chongqing Free Trade Exhibition Center, “Belt and Road” Commodity Exhibition & Trading Center, “Belt and Road” International Communication Center will be effectively connected to form an open platform with the theme of “Belt and Road” as the core.
