Hongyan Park opened to the public

It is learned that the first phase of Hongyan Park is completed this time. It is located in Hongyan Village, Hutouyan Park and Hualong Lake area, Zengjiayan Square on Zhongshan 4th Road and Hualongqiao Sub-district in Yuzhong District, Chongqing. It mainly includes four parts: the main entrance of Hongyan Revolutionary Memorial Hall and the surrounding environment project, the renovation of Hutouyan Human Defense Property (formerly Zhongyue Hotel), the renovation of underground space of Zengjiayan Square, and the environmental renovation of the former headquarters of Xinhua Daily.
Early in the morning, the Hongyan Revolutionary Memorial Hall has attracted many people to take photos for check-in. The reporter saw in the Hongyan Revolutionary Memorial Hall, after the transformation of the square, it looks more magnificent, spacious and comfortable. By demolishing the current scenic wall, extending the horizontal interface by more than 20 meters on each side, opening the entrance space interface, symmetrical layout of the steps on both sides with the original 1,500 square meters expanded to more than 7,600 square meters has been achieved; the new natural granite and ecological grass tiles are integrated with the surrounding area, and the “Hongyan” inscription is used to strengthen the entrance sign of the square; by retaining the current space of the stepped square and appropriately extending the steps, the height difference of nearly 5 meters in the site is resolved in the form of platform layers, and various spaces for resting, staying, strolling and gathering such as leisure square, resting garden and interesting stone steps are arranged in the shape of different elevated levels to provide rich resting and touring activities for the public; the new high-pole lights, garden lights and lawn lights have also made the Hongyan Revolutionary Memorial Hall shine at night.
