CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The LED lamp bands on the smart zebra crossing at the intersection of Gaolong Avenue and Jinrui Road in the Western (Chongqing) Science City brought highlights to the city on August 13.

The smart zebra crossing can automatically sense the passage of people and vehicles and control the LED lights on the zebra crossing in real time to further remind passing vehicles to be courteous. The LED lights on the zebra crossings provide excellent visibility at night, allowing drivers to know in advance of pedestrian movements from tens of meters away in order to take avoidance measures.
