CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, the Management Service Center of Chongqing Yintiaoling National Nature Reserve released news that they had found footage of roe deer in recovered infrared video.

As you can see from the video, the roe deer has a long neck, big beautiful eyes, big ears and lovely antlers, which at first glance resemble those of a sika deer. It is looking at the camera curiously, and seems to sense “danger” as it takes a few steps back and then turns away. At this point you will notice a tuft of white fur on its buttocks, as if it has no tail. Actually, it is not. This is because when it is frightened, its tail sticks up to look like it is showing its white buttocks, but actually to confuse its enemies and to signal an emergency for its companions.

It is understood that the roe deer is one of the most common wild animals in forests of northeast China and is protected at the municipal level in the wild. Located in Wuxi, Chongqing Yintiaoling National Nature Reserve has been strengthening the protection of wildlife in recent years and has previously photographed a variety of preserved animals in China.
