CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- A burst of calling came from somewhere nearby the Taohuayuan Exit of Chongqing-Hunan Highway. It was an old man who was selling pears beside the highway.

The old man, Yang Xiuhui, 58 years old, is a farmer from Huayuan Village, Taohuayuan Sub-district, Youyang County, Chongqing Municipality. In his orchard where is appropriately fragrant, the pear trees are bearing heavy fruit crops. Yang Xiuhui told me laughing while picking that he had one mu of land for pear trees and may earn more than 5,000 yuan per year.
