CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The reporter learned from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport T3B Terminal Project of Southwest Branch of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division that T3B Terminal of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport has entered the foundation construction of the main structure.

The newly built T3B Terminal features a shape of an “X”. The project has a total floor area of approximately 360,000 square meters and consists of the main building and four airside concourses, divided into four floors above ground and two underground. Its functions include domestic departure, arrival and transit areas.

The earthwork and foundation pit support for T3B Terminal of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport has been completed and the main structure foundation is under construction.

Chen Xiaowei said that by the end of the year, the project is scheduled to complete the capping of the main structure of the airside concourses and the basement works of the hall.
