It is reported that Shengli Reservoir was built in the 1970s, and it is located in the upstream of Lengshui River in Tushi Town, and 25km away from Youyang County; it has a total storage of 12,350,000 cubic meters, and normal storage capacity of 10,450,000 cubic meters; and it is a medium-sized water conservancy project focusing on agricultural irrigation and integrating water supply, power generation and flood control. The reservoir has been appointed professional management personnel to carry on the management inspection frequently, and clean up the floating objects in the reservoir, ensuring the reservoir water quality and reservoir banks.
