CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, female workers were working in the garment sewing workshop for rural revitalization in Longshi Town, Dazu District. During the practical activities of “Practical Things for the Masses”, the Town opened a semi-finished garment processing workshop in accordance with local conditions to solve the employment problem of local rural women. Since the workshop started in September, more than 120 women from the surrounding areas have come to learn and work, and after becoming skilled, each can earn about 4,000 yuan per month. The women are employed in their hometown, where they can take care of the elderly and children while increasing their income for their families, and their self-confidence and sense of achievement have increased significantly.
