Fitness Footpath at National Fitness Center 

The footpath is 3.7km in length, extending around the whole fitness center. You can ride, hike and jog here. The fitness footpath integrates with the whole landscape: lake, grass and so much more. It’s really enjoyable to view the beautiful scenery while exercising.

The Children’s Park equips with many amusement facilities, such as sand, swing, slide, wooden horse and seesaw. Kids can play all day without getting bored, and adults can free from worry. It’s a perfect place to play with your kids!

There is also a waterfall about 10 meters high. If you are lucky enough, you can see a rainbow hanging in the mist under the sun.

Fitness Footpath at Central Park 

There are a 7-kilometer colorful fitness footpath, 10 small squares and 2 children’s playgrounds in Central Park, so it is a good place for sports and relaxation.

Running in Central Park is a different kind of enjoyment. The park has specially been designed with fitness footpath and bike paths, where the jogging lovers can run and sweat as much as they like. It is just a natural gym and oxygen bar. It burns your calories, and every breath is forest oxygen.

Speaking of Central Park, we can’t ignore the 20,000 square meters of lawn. Running, flowers, scenery, picnic... The park can satisfy everything you can think of! Along the main road, there are all kinds of romantic flowers and colorful leaves, which adds to your experience.

Footpath at Longtoushi Park 

Longtoushi Park is a large urban park, covering an area of about 800 acres. The out layer of the park is higher than the center, and the height difference between the highest point and the lowest point is 100 meters. It is also known as a valley park. The park takes “science, technology and ecology” as its theme, with a greening rate of 75%. The park is shaded by trees, with leisure and fitness places, wetlands, entertainment and play facilities, original ecological lakes, and all kinds of landscapes, so it is loved by the citizens. The park has special fitness footpaths. You can choose to jog or climb to the top of the mountain to overlook the scenery here. There is also an oval runway which is just one kilometer per round. The runway is around a lake, and the lake has a quiet and elegant corridor. If you are tired from running, you can have a rest here and enjoy the scenery. It’s very relaxing.

Footpath at Yuelai River Bay

Yuelai River Bay has a total length of 1.8km, with 7 best viewing platforms and 2 aerial viewing corridors. The integrated design of riverside park and riverside road ensures the accessibility and hydrophilicity of the waterfront area. Meanwhile, it is also combined with the existing platform to create an aerial corridor and a viewing platform, becoming a beautiful bay where people can rest, view and get close to water.

Intelligent elements are also adopted along the footpath. Solar-powered intelligent benches, smart trash cans and other equipment are used to provide rich intelligent experience scenes to the visitors. There is also a water-loving footpath about 4.2km below, which is built along the bank of the Jialing River. Strolling along the wooden footpath with family, you can not only hear the birds’ song and smell the fragrance of flowers, but also enjoy the beauty of mountains and rivers. It is one of the most characteristic water-loving footpaths in Chongqing. You can play along the boardwalk along the river, to enjoy the green river and crimson flowers. On the other side of the river, you can see green everywhere, clouds and mist like gauzes, and egrets flying in the mountains which seems like a beautiful oil painting.
