The reporter has learned that this is a "garden" built by Mexin Group to create a good working environment for its employees, so that they can relax themselves after work and keep a happy mood.
In addition, on the roof of the factory, there is also a "happy farm" with an area of over 20,000 square meters, planted with corn, lettuce, potatoes, grapes, plums and other vegetables and fruits. The "farm" is surrounded by an artificial river, in which fish and shrimp are raised. The staff told the reporter that the roof is divided into different areas, each department has its own "land", and each employee can plant or breed things as they like.
"As a staff member, I feel very happy," said Jiang Hong, an employee of Mexin, adding that the "garden" made her feel better at work every day and provided her with a place to rest and relax, while the "farm" also gave her a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. She told the reporter that she planted loofah, beans, garlic seedlings on the farm, and she was very happy when thinking she could take home fresh vegetables to share with her family after work.
