Qijiang District: Tourists are intoxicated by the fragrance of roses
CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The rose garden near Gujianshan Lvyou Avenue, Qijiang District, Chongqing sent forth fragrance that refreshed people’s minds. As far as the eye can see was a garden of purple and scarlet roses.
With an area of over 30 mu, the garden was built in 2017, where more than 20 genres of roses and Chinese roses are currently in full bloom.
What leaped to the reporter’s eyes was that tourists wandering around the garden were taking pictures and appreciating the spectacular view of the roses. “The roses here are well-grown. My best friend and I are regular visitors to the garden. We enjoy the flowers and take photos here. It is not far from the downtown area, so we come here for the beautiful scenery and fresh air as long as we have time. People all love this place.” said Ms. Qin.
