CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On the morning of May 22, Chongqing Garden Expo Park held the summer “public evaluation” event in the square next to the East Gate. This was also the first public evaluation of the garden after it was open for free. According to the statistics, the rate of tourist satisfaction reached 99.6%.
As the national 4A scenic area and the first garden expo park in the West region, Chongqing Garden Expo Park serves as a brand for Chongqing. With spectacular scenery, the garden covers an area of 2.2 million square meters and is an ultra-large urban ecological garden integrating both natural and cultural scenery, and a tourist scenic area demonstrating both gardening art and garden culture.
Since its free opening on October 1, 2021, Chongqing Garden Expo Park has received more than 1.2 million tourists.
The public evaluation was a huge success - a total of 300 questionnaires were sent out and 298 valid questionnaires were received. According to the statistics, the rate of tourist satisfaction reached 99.6%. Through the questionnaires, 31 pieces of suggestions from tourists were received. Some tourists suggested to building more amusement facilities and food stalls in the park, launching more cultural activities, building sales spots of folk culture souvenirs and optimizing the routes of electronic mobile, etc.
In line with the suggestions given by tourists, Chongqing Garden Expo Park will make timely and efficient adjustments after analysis, research and judgment.
