CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- In the hot summer, courier and delivery riders are shuttling through the streets and lanes, busy delivering under the hot sun. In recent days, the Chongqing Commission of Communist Youth League work together with the Chongqing Youth Federation and the Chongqing Postal Administration to send "cool" gift packages to courier and delivery riders.

"There is a large-capacity water bottle, ice sleeves, heatstroke prevention medicine, etc. in the package, which are very useful for us during the delivery, very thoughtful," said Mr. Deng, a rider.

It is understood that the campaign is jointly sponsored by the Chongqing Commission of Communist Youth League, the Chongqing Youth Federation and the Chongqing Postal Administration, and undertaken by China Tower Corporation Chongqing Branch.

"We have also built more than 200 ‘youth service stations’ in the main urban districts based on the power exchange service station of the China Tower." According to the relevant person in charge of China Tower Corporation Chongqing Branch, there are “youth service stations” built in places with power exchange service stations where riders change batteries more frequently, such as Longfor 1st Avenue and Aegean Place. These stations are equipped with Ageratum-liquid, Jen-tan and other heatstroke prevention medicine, which are provided for free for riders in such industries as takeaway, courier, delivery.

In addition, temporary vehicle maintenance service stations are set up in places where riders gather to provide vehicle maintenance, brake pad replacement and other services for free to ensure safe riding for them. (Translated by Hu Chuanmin, Fathom Language Limited)
