CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On August 25, Chongqing Emergency released the news that, according to the mobilization order of the Ministry of Emergency Management P.R.C., a total of 736 fighters from the detachments of Kunming, Dali and Pu'er under Yunnan Forest Fire Brigade were rushing to fight the fire in Chongqing.

At present, the first 304 forest fire fighters who arrived in Chongqing on August 24 with their equipment have been put into the fire scene in Beibei Xiema, and the remaining 432 fighters with their large professional equipment arrived in Chongqing on the morning of August 25.

By then, these teams will be put into other fires as needed. At the same time, the Ministry of Emergency Management P.R.C. has deployed two more large fire-fighting helicopters from Shaanxi and Yunnan to support Chongqing, and has also urgently allocated a number of forest fire-fighting and rescue supplies to increase the professional forces available to fight the mountain and forest fires of Chongqing.
