CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- As of August 30, workers have been stepping up the construction of the north section of Hongyancun Jialing River Bridge located at the third vertical line of Chongqing Expressway.

The construction of the north section of Hongyancun Jialing River Bridge covers Jianxin Xilu Overpass, Hongshilu Tunnel, and Baishubao Overpass. With the drop of temperatures recently, over 100 workers have been dispatched to speed up the construction in order to complete and hand over the project within the year. After completion, Hongyancun Jialing River Bridge will open to traffic and be another cross-river passage connecting Yubei District and Jiangbei District.
