CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On September 1, the management office of Chongqing Nanshan Botanical Garden issued an announcement that the scenic areas in Nanshan Botanical Garden (including the exhibition greenhouse, “Golden Eagle”, and “Yikeshu” scenic spot) would be open from 2:00 p.m. on August 31, and the opening hours remain the same as usual.

Due to the continuous high temperatures previously, Chongqing Nan’an People's Government required all hillsides should be closed to prevent forest fire. Therefore, the scenic areas of the garden were temporarily closed since August 19.

The announcement made it clear that, in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements, visitors should wear a mask properly, present their green “Yukang Codes” and “Itinerary Codes”, and have their temperatures checked before they can enter the park.
