2022-09-14 15:01:50

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On September 11, the 123rd press conference on the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in Chongqing was held. Yang Lin, Deputy Secretary-general of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, said that in order to continue to consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control, in accordance with the needs of Chongqing's epidemic prevention and control work, and the relevant requirements of the State Council's joint prevention and control mechanism for the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the Municipal Leading Group for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control decided to carry out normalized nucleic acid testing in the central urban area.

Starting time: September 12

Scope: The central urban area

Yang Lin introduced that from September 12, 2022, the normalized nucleic acid testing would be carried out for citizens in the central urban area of Chongqing, involving Yuzhong District, Jiangbei District, Nan'an District, Jiulongpo District, Shapingba District, Dadukou District, Beibei District, Yubei District, Banan District, Liangjiang New Area and Chongqing High-tech Zone of Western Science City, including local resident population, temporary resident population, temporary floating population and foreign population.

The cycle and frequency of normalized nucleic acid testing will be adjusted according to the epidemic situation in Chongqing and China.

Testing frequency: Test once a week (7 days) tentatively

The frequency of normal nucleic acid testing is tentatively set once a week (7 days). Citizens in the central urban area carry valid identity documents such as ID cards and foreign identity certificates or show "Yukang Code", so that they can take nucleic acid samples in the central urban area or anywhere else in the city.

Coding and transcoding rule: An orange pop-up window does not appear within 7 days.

In order to ensure early detection and early treatment, and resolutely maintain the bottom line of preventing large-scale epidemics, the general public is invited to actively participate in the testing.

From September 12, the "Yukang Code" of those who have not taken nucleic acid sampling once within 7 days will become an orange pop-up window and be reminded by SMS. In the first week, start from 0: 00 on September 19 and orange pop-up window will be given to those who have not been sampled. After the second week, from the last week's personal sampling time, orange pop-up windows will be given to those who have not been sampled within 7 days.

The orange pop-up window will be cleared after one nucleic acid sampling. The existing white background with black characters pop-up, red code and yellow code of "Yukang Code" is unchanged.

Persons with mobility difficulties and infants and young children do not participate in normalized nucleic acid testing

Persons in high, medium and low risk areas and temporary control areas, persons in centralized quarantine, home quarantine or home health monitoring, 20 types of key monitoring groups, and large, middle and primary school students are subject to nucleic acid testing according to relevant regulations, which is included in the normal nucleic acid testing. Persons with mobility difficulties and infants and young children do not participate in the normalized nucleic acid testing. Persons who have been vaccinated against the new coronavirus within 48 hours will not participate in nucleic acid testing for the time being.

Personal protection during nucleic acid sampling

During the nucleic acid sampling period, please obey the guidance of the staff, do personal protection well, wear a mask throughout the process, and keep a distance of more than one meter to prevent cross-infection. Persons with a yellow code shall go to the separately set sampling point or sampling channel for sampling. Report suspicious symptoms to the unit or community and seek medical attention in time.

Negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days is required in public places and by public transport means

Citizens entering public places and taking public transportation must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate (electronic version, paper version or other valid certificate) within 7 days. Primary and secondary school students without smartphones can use the paper version of the negative nucleic acid test certificate or student identification, such as school badge, school card, student ID card, student bus card, etc. without needing the "Yukang Code". For citizens and infants and young children with mobility difficulties, accompanying persons should provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within the specified time limit and actively cooperate with the testing.

Yang Lin reminded the general public to actively support and participates in the normalized nucleic acid testing, do not panic, do not spread rumors, do not believe rumors, and do not spread rumors. For those who refuse to conduct nucleic acid testing without justifiable reasons, hinder epidemic prevention and control, and disrupt public order to cause the serious consequences, their corresponding legal responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
