The renovation of old residential communities has been accelerated in an orderly manner in Wanzhou District since 2020, and it is planned that 197 old apartment communities (areas) in the whole district will have been renovated and upgraded by the end of 2025. Up to now, 120 old apartment communities have been renovated, with the building area of 6.26 million square meters, benefiting more than 60,000 households.
