The “debut” of twin panda cubs in Chongqing attract lots of tourists
CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- At 9:50 on October 1, there were numerous tourists in front of the window of the breeding room in the Panda House of Chongqing Zoo, seemingly waiting for the curtains to be opened.
It turns out that the day marks the “debut” of the twin panda cubs in Chongqing Zoo reproduced by the returned overseas giant panda “Ershun”. At 10:00, when the cute panda cubs appeared, all tourists fell over by their cuteness.
"I have watched this news online, so I came over early today with my children to see how cute the baby pandas are," said Ms. Tan, a visitor, "when I arrived at the site, I found it even cuter than what I saw online."
On July 22 this year, the returned overseas giant panda "Ershun" gave birth to boy-girl twins. The brother weighed 132 grams at birth and the sister 91 grams.
After more than two months of careful cultivation, the twin babies are coming on well and growing much lovelier. The brother currently weighs 4,352 grams, and the sister weighs 3,604 grams.
