CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On the morning of October 10, the GS7953 flight of Tianjin Airlines, a subsidiary of Hainan Airline Group (HNA), which is loaded with cross-border e-commerce commodities, flew from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport to Sheremetyevo Alexander Pushkin International Airport in Moscow. It marks the successful launch of the Chongqing-Moscow charter airline by Tianjin Airlines.

The new Chongqing-Moscow freighter of Tianjin Airlines is planned to fly twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Two types of wide-body aircraft, A330-200 and A330-300, were conversed to freighters from passenger aircraft for transporting cargo, with the largest cargo capacity of 30 tons and 40 tons respectively. The cabin spaces were fully utilized to satisfy the maximum demand for cargo transportation.

It is learned that Tianjin Airlines will continue to tap into the international market of cargo aviation, and carry out the “Passenger to Freighter Conversion” transportation business of international airlines so as to maintain the flow of international logistics supply chains.
