Tianjin Airlines to open new routes from Chongqing to Lianyungang and Quanzhou

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The 2022 Winter-2023 Spring Season for China's civil aviation will begin on October 30, 2022 and end on March 25, 2023, lasting a total of 147 days, according to Tianjin Airlines.

Tianjin Airlines plans to invest in 8 airplanes that stay in the airport overnight, and put them into use in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, including one A330 aircraft and seven A320 aircrafts. They will travel between 12 cities, with over 20 daily flights on average.

For the new season, Tianjin Airlines plans to open new routes from Chongqing to Nanjing, Lianyungang, Quanzhou and other eastern coastal cities, and reopen routes from Chongqing to Kunming and other popular destinations. They also plan to upgrade the aircraft traveling from Chongqing to Hangzhou, Chongqing to Tianjin, Chongqing to Sanya, and Chongqing to Haikou; the original aircraft A320 will be replaced with wide-body aircraft A330 featuring greater seating capacity and comfort so as to enhance the travel experience for citizens.

It is learned that Tianjin Airlines will continue their investments in the routes in Chongqing and efforts to adjust the airline network to meet the various travel needs of Chongqing citizens.
