Up to 2012, Chongqing will have established a completed body-building service system, covering standard stadiums in all districts and counties and public body-building rooms and facilities in all communities, towns and villages, with the per capita sports area up to 11 square meters.  Citizens are encouraged to form the habit of body-building and sports is expected to become an inseparable part of their daily life.
