A residential community of Nan'an District, Chongqing Municipality

　  The construction of Livable Chongqing Programme got started on April 21, 2009.
　  Livable Chongqing generally means to construct Chongqing as a landscape and pleasant city characterized by comfortable residence, beautiful environment, consummated facilities and favorable ecology. To make Chongqing one of the most livable cities in western China in 2012 and one of the most livable cities in China in 2017.
　  This programme includes the urban and rural projects. The urban project for city proper and other district cities consists of residential quality improvement, public space optimization and service facilities perfection. From 2009 to 2012, 21 projects are included in each aspect respectively.
　  The rural project centers on the rural residence project, including 8 projects in rural house reconstruction, public environment improvement and service facility construction from 2009 to 2012. 
　  According to the statistics from Chongqing Finance Bureau, up to the end of July, 2009, Chongqing has invested 3.14 billion yuan to the construction of Livable Chongqing Programme, with 1,970,000 square meters houses reconstructed and 1,450,000 square meters low-cost house constructed.
