CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Have you ever experienced a sport doing "ballet" in the wind tunnel at over 200 kilometers per hour with ceaselessly rotated, flippinging and hovering？The first Asian and Oceanian Indoor Skydiving (Wind Tunnel) Championship, hosting by Aviation Radio Model Sports Management Center of General Administration of Sport of China, will be held in Liangjiang New Area from September 18 to 23.

This is the first time that Liangjiang New Area holds a world-class indoor skydiving competition after the 2018 National Indoor Skydiving (Wind Tunnel) Championship. The members of the national indoor skydiving team have come to Chongqing to prepare for the September competition.

According to the relevant director from General Administration of Sport of China, Jihua Park in Liangjiang New Area is the "training base for national skydiving team ". The reason to organize the first Asian and Oceanian Indoor Skydiving (Wind Tunnel) Championship here is due to that it is the only world-class competition-standard wind tunnel in China. The Aviation Radio Model Sports Management Center of General Administration of Sport of China will support the sport in order that more amateurs can join in.
