In the exhibition area of the Bank of China, its simulating display screen of its mobile banking shows over 200 major financial services in mobile banking, such as the basic financial services - account inquiry, transfer, and finance and investment, as well as the livelihood services –utilities paying, phone bill recharging, appointment for business in the branch, withdrawal without card, UnionPay code to pay, loan service, traffic fine paying and credit card.
Popular smart technologies such as face recognition and voice recognition have also been used in mobile banking. Mobile banking of the Bank of China uses biometric technologies such as face recognition and fingerprint recognition to provide customers with faster, convenient and safe experience. The Bank of China has made a new upgrade to mobile banking. It introduces voice navigation and search services through the innovation of voice recognition technology. Users can enter the corresponding operation page as long as they press the microphone button and tell the demand, which cuts the time of manual search and greatly improves the user's experience.
