In the 2 sessions at the Canton Fair in 2013, the Chongqing delegation has achieved an accumulative transaction amount of $340 million.

As for the import sector, through the promotion of traditional industry’s transformation and upgrade, the development of strategic emerging industry, and the expansion of resource reserves and consumer goods’ import demand. Chongqing published a series of policies to boost and subsidize the import of bulk resources and electromechanical products and consumer goods according to the increment proportions.
