On 28th September, the China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio along with the Chongqing Hailong Holdings Group Co., Ltd. jointly established the Southwest China Micro-film and Animation Production Base in Chongqing.

According to plans, the entire project is set to cover a number of fields after completion including film-making, film distribution and cinema operation.
