The Dragon Dance in Lantern Festival is a famous Chinese custom. During the Lantern Festival this year, Chongqing’s Tongliang Fire Dragon, reputed as the “Number One Dragon in China”, will go to Taiwan for the first time. There will be multiple displays to add to the joyous festival atmosphere for Taiwan compatriots.

From February 9th-12th, the Tongliang Fire Dragon will be staged four times in Nantou and Hsinchu. In particular, on the day of the Lantern Festival (February 11th), the Tongliang Fire Dragon will be staged as the opening and final performance at the Lantern Festival show in Nantou. (CQNEWS)
