In preparation for the Changshou Lake International Triathlon, an Ironman training camp recently opened. Professional triathlon runners will guide the enthusiasts at the camp. A triathlon competition includes swimming, cycling, and running. The Changshou Lake International Triathlon will open on November 4th, and so far over a thousand runners have signed up for the event.
